With the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's Eve*, all reservations should be submitted online after thoroughly reading the "Start Here!" tab.
*For Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's requests, please send us an email with your cat(s) name, requested dates, and your room preference. If we don't yet know you (or if it's a new addition to your family), please also include detailed information about required medications and your cat's personality/behavior.
We compile our holiday schedule in September/October and will notify you if we are able to accommodate your request. Please note that we give first priority to regular visitors (followed by repeat visitors) during holiday season. Otherwise reservations are on a first come basis. Thank you!
